Over the last year, I’ve had the opportunity to build Capstone Couriers from an idea to the service we have today. We’ve grown from a couple hundred visitors a month to tens of thousands of visitors each month and nearly 1,000 orders.

I have a full-time job in addition to running Capstone Couriers and it has become more-and-more taxing on me and my staff to maintain this service. Much of my free time goes into developing the site and operations software, planning pickups, handling customer service requests, and performing pickups. So, I have made the hard decision to close Capstone Couriers as of January 31, 2022.

We sincerely appreciate our customers (like you!) who have trusted us to deliver products to their door. Without you and your trust in us, we would not have the success we’ve seen. Thank you so much!

We will no longer be accepting new orders. You can still view your Purchase History and our customer service site.

Our last pickup will be on January 8, 2022. We will be rescheduling orders that are currently out of stock until January 6th, so it is possible your order may be scheduled for pickup between now and then.

For orders that are unable to be picked up, have not been scheduled by January 6th, or have items that have not been picked up, we will begin cancelling orders after January 6th. Orders cancelled by us will be fully refunded. Customer requested cancellations will still be made in accordance with our Order Cancellation policy.

We will continue to honor our Returns policy, which allows for returns up to 60 days after being picked up. The last day to request a return will be April 8, 2022.

For damaged packages, we will honor our Damaged Item policy until January 31, 2022.
